Afternoon in the Life // Janiszewska family
Tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, the Janiszewska family home was situated in the most gorgeous combination of bush and beach. From their dining room, which was surrounded by glass windows, one could see both vibrant green shrubbery and the vastness of the ocean.
The afternoon was spent reading books, playing Duplo, ukulele practice, and prepping for dinner - which all children helped contribute to (a sight rarely seen in our family). Once the food was prepped we headed outside to say hello to the family chickens, swing on the swing set, and simply explore the outdoors.
We ended the evening at the dining table where everyone gathered together to enjoy the most scrumptious roast chicken (which I still need the recipe for!), fluffy rice and broccoli salad. I wish I could be invited over for dinner every night... Thank you Chara for sharing a glimpse of your life with me.
